History

1991-2021: 30 years at your service
1991: Db-Line was born at the dawn of the video game era. The company began as a mail-order of video game hardware and software for Commodore Amiga computers. Increasing turnover and growing interest in the video game industry from the nascent retail sector allowed us to take our first steps into the world of distribution as early as Christmas 1992. Distribution activities in the video game retail channel became the core of our business.

1996: The website www.dbline.it is born.

2000: shop.dbline.it is born.

2006: Db-Line becomes an official distributor of Microsoft.

2008: Db-Line becomes Nintendo "preferred distributor" and distributions of Atari, THQ, Logitech are acquired.

2009: Acquires official distribution of publisher Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Warner Bros and Hasbro for its playing card and collectibles segment

2009: The "GamePeople" project is born

2010: Db-Line, following market needs, structured to offer innovative services such as Category Management, platform Netshop Connection, Sistem EDI.

2011: Db-Line is a company with a structure of more than 50 people, which in turn develops 68 million euros in turnover.

2013: Db-Line becomes an official distributor of Lego and Playmobil, thus expanding its product offering to the toy world.

2015: Hasbro toys and hi-tech brands Emtec and Go Clever expand the product portfolio distributed by Db-Line.

2019: Db-Line begins distributing for the gaming channel Audeze, a manufacturer of high-end audio headphones, and X-Rocker, a company that specializes in designing seating for gamers.

2020: acquires distribution of Serafim R1+, steering wheel Razor, scooters White Shark gaming accessories, Buddy Phoneschildren's headphones,Q-Game armband (electromagnetic support).

2021: Db-Line launches new proprietary brand 7Labs for two product lines: the Gaming Chair V1 and Universal Driving Support for racing video games and flight simulators.

2022: Db-Line gives strong impetus to the acquisition of new distributions. In the video game sphere, the following brands join the stable: Trade Invaders, a French company specializing in the production of stylish, reliable and competitive accessories for Ps4 and Nintendo Switch; Gameseat (with MAX-RF1 Pro+ the number 1 racing simulator, along with Gearshift Holder the universal gearshift support); Subsonic ((with the racing wheel line). In the Toys, Merchandise and Collectibles sphere, Db-Line adds Disney Showcase, Disney Traditions, Wizarding World. to its portfolio. Three brands linked to the magic of Disney's great fairy tales (resin figures hand-painted with wood effect by U.S. artist Jim Shore) and the Harry Potter franchise, with resin goblets. Space is also given to Room Copenhagen, a Danish company that offers lifestyle products for furnishing and equipping the bedroom, with Lego-related solutions highlighted. The other new entries include Marvel Mission Arena Trading Card Game, exclusive to the games channel of the new collectible card game dedicated to the heroes and villains of the Marvel universe and superheroes; Infinite, with high-quality statues made in limited editions, dedicated to iconic characters and vehicles, such as Bud Spencer and Terence Hill, Lino Banfi, Paul Newman Fonzie; Panini, for the 2022/23 Footballers Collection

2023: Db-Line acquires two new distributions. The first is Plastoy, a French company that, for 25 years, has specialized in creating Fugures & Gadgets with licenses ranging from Harry Potter to Fantastic Animals, from DC Comic to Dragon Ball. The second new entry is the 12-cm-high Playmobil Naruto Shippuden figures-an iconic franchise linked to the Japanese manga world-while waiting for the next Christmas campaign for the playsets to arrive.
