Db-Line acquista da MT Distribution la catena GameTekk Future Store

Biandronno (Varese) – 11 dicembre 2023 – Db-Line, società di distribuzione fondata nel 1991 e guidata da Marco Salmini, acquista tre asset da MT Distribution. Si tratta dell’insegna GameTekk Future Store, dei contratti commerciali in essere con i 60 punti vendita della catena retail, e del marchio Panthek, dedicato a periferiche e accessori.

A fronte dell’operazione, Db-Line conferma la volontà di espandere la sua strategia nel settore Gaming/Videogame ampliando il raggio d’azione delle varie attività. “Il settore Gaming da sempre costituisce il core business di Db-Line”, dichiara il ceo Marco Salmini. “L’acquisizione della catena e del brand di accessori da MT Distribution, che ha saputo costruire una struttura retail qualificata, lo dimostra ancora una volta, ed evidenzia il nostro impegno costante e concreto per contribuire allo sviluppo del settore videoludico”.

Quella attuata da Db-Line è un’operazione rilevante sia sotto il profilo industriale, sia sotto quello retail sul mercato italiano: “a fronte dell’acquisto dell’insegna GameTekk Future Store, l’obiettivo di Db-Line è innanzitutto quello di mantenere l’identità del network costruita negli anni, continuando a lavorare con i suoi affiliati. A tutti loro, che fin da subito hanno condiviso il nuovo percorso di sviluppo, va il nostro ringraziamento e la promessa di intensificare progressivamente e in modo proficuo tutte le attività. Db-Line acquires GameTekk Future Store chain from MT Distribution

Biandronno (Varese, Italy) - 11th December 2023 - Db-Line, a distribution company founded in 1991 and led by Marco Salmini, has acquired three assets from MT Distribution. The acquisition includes the GameTekk Future Store insignia, the existing commercial contracts with the retail chain's 60 points of sale, and the Panthek brand, dedicated to peripherals and accessories. With this acquisition, Db-Line further expands its strategy in the Gaming/Videogame sector by widening the scope of its various activities. "The Gaming sector has always been Db-Line's core business," says CEO Marco Salmini.
